How jobs usually work
- Bring the device in with its charger, password/PIN if needed, and a clear description of the fault.
- We check whether repair is practical before wasting money on unnecessary parts or labour.
- For phones, tablets and laptops needing parts, price and availability are confirmed before repair.
- For onsite internet, Wi-Fi, Starlink or printer jobs, contact the shop first so a suitable time can be arranged.
